CSA Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site safety management alongside the clientsSafety Advisor, including setting up, managing, and closing the safety file as part of the management team
- Handle site QA in collaboration with the CSA Package Manager, ensuring the setup, management, and closing of QA documentation
- Work closely with other trades and Package Leads to manage and monitor the Project Schedule
- Oversee daily site operations for all CSA packages
- Assist in managing package-related costs such as:
– Subcontractors
– Material deliveries and receipting
– Plant and Equipment
– Variations
- Manage subcontractor activities, tracking their progress and manpower levels, and contribute to weekly subcontractor meetings
- Manage the clients “In Progress” snagging system by issuing and tracking punch lists
- Report labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking
- Participate in site meetings, internal reviews, engineering reviews, and coordination or handover meetings
- Ensure project close-out with the completion of all relevant documentation such as O&M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, and QA File, in conjunction with the CSA package manager
- Implement a weekly look-ahead plan, coordinating with other trades
- Prepare internal weekly progress reports detailing percentage completion, concerns, and risk elements affecting clients or subcontractors (e.g., late deliveries)
- Schedule material deliveries in alignment with the project timeline and track them accordingly
- Maintain a photographic diary of the project on a weekly basis
- Perform additional duties as required in the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 6- 8 years’ experience in Site management and installation
- Previous experience in supervising and installation
- Professional qualification in construction management
- Professional certification
- Good technical knowledge of both CSA systems
- Travel will be required for this position
- Subcontractors’ collaboration
- Ability to work with sub-contractors and Packages
- Problem Solving
- Ability to work on owns initiative
