About the role:

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale construction project in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and billing
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan
  • Track, update, forecast, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases
  • Perform and oversee calculations using standard and proprietary software * Meet or exceed customer expectations and needs
  • Engage in the development of designs through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats * Conduct quality assurance and quality control on all projects
  • Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project
  • Prepare project status reports on a regular basis * Assist with project scope and conceptual design
  • Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer all civil engineered systems or products for a project
  • Participate in constructability reviews
  • Utilize technologies to develop three-dimensional models of civil systems and provide markups for junior engineers/designers
  • Communicate with intercompany departments to meet project needs
  • Be responsible for the overall project performance and implementation of our project management frameworks

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with sewage pump stations and low pressure design
  • Experience in water mains, storage tanks, and pump station design
  • Sewer collection system design knowledge (gravity)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in the field
  • Strong presentation, design, graphics, and communication skills
